There are two types of soft curtain, one is environmental protection, the other is not environmental protection. The quality of the curtain is good, so it is not easy to shrink, has a small smell, and generally turns yellow after 3-5 years. The curtain of non environmental protection materials generally turns yellow in one year, which is the biggest difference between environmental protection materials and non environmental protection materials. However, up to now, half of the market of non environmental protection materials relies on the advantage of price. It depends on individual demand to choose which soft curtain material. Next, I will introduce the types and functions of soft curtain.
Types of soft curtain
Insect proof soft curtain: this kind of curtain is more suitable for the kitchen and some food processing workshops as well as the storage of raw materials. This kind of soft curtain can emit the wave of insect repellent light, which can avoid the entry of mosquitoes, and can also play the role of windproof, dustproof, heat preservation, noise reduction, etc. Low temperature soft curtain: this kind of curtain is more suitable for the use of ice house, and also for the use in the cold area. Even if the temperature is very low and tens of degrees below zero, this kind of curtain still remains soft without embrittlement, which is convenient for people to enter and exit. Because the soft curtain is beautiful, light and easy to clean, more and more refrigerators begin to use it to replace the traditional cotton tire curtain.
Anti static soft curtain: this kind of targeted curtain is only suitable for dust-free workshop or some places with special requirements to pay attention to static electricity.
Isolation soft curtain: it is suitable for welding workshop. It can not only prevent the strong light produced during welding from hurting the glasses of human body, but also can isolate and ventilate. It is much more practical than installing a door. This kind of isolation soft curtain is generally blue low transparent, yellow low transparent or black opaque and milky white opaque.
The function of soft curtain
1. Cold resistant effect
Under zero degree, it can keep the deformation, forging crack and free passage of vehicles and personnel
2. Energy saving effect
No power consumption, no noise, improve the refrigeration efficiency, can reduce the running speed of the refrigerator, and save up to 50% power
3. Insect control effect
It has good insect control effect, especially in the food processing industry.
4. Windproof effect
It has very good windproof performance and can work normally in bad weather.
5. Anti static effect
In the case of friction, static electricity will not be generated. When comparing, static electricity is strictly prohibited.
6. Sound insulation effect
It can reduce noise diffusion, reduce noise pollution, and improve work comfort and production effect.
